Manufactured rack mount bars to hold the two power supplies and the battery.

Preliminary Control Box Internals

The inside of the control box is pictured. There are 3 power supplies (24V, 15V, 5V), 4 Relays, a LabJack for data aquisition, and a high current switch for the entire instrument.

Internals with Zip-Ties

Panel mount view. Shows 6 DB15 ports for the Mass Flow Controllers (MFCs) and Mass Flow Meters (MFMs). The DAQ I/O are standard BNC 5V Digitall outputs. The LabJack communicates over ethernet, and a DB9 port houses the relay connections.
